How can I order?

Two options are offered: order on our online store OR fill out an order form and send it by email to commande@enfinsports.com

Where can I find an order form?

Go to our website: www.enfinsports.com

Select Accès Client and then English.

Click on your school and enter the password.

You will find the order form in the right-hand square.

How do I get the password?

Send an email at commande@enfinsports with “password: school’s name” as your subject or send us a direct message through our website or call us at 450-635-2464.

What are your accepted payment methods?

When can I expect delivery?

Considering that delivery times vary, contact us so we can answer you accurately. You can reach us by email at commande@enfinsports.com, by phone at 450-635-2464 or by direct messages through our website.

What is your exchange policy?

An exchange can be considered for new clothes, not worn, not altered and not washed. Your request has to be send to Enfin Sports Mode by email at commande@enfinsports.com in the 21 days following the receipt of your order. If your garment has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it.

What is the best way to wash my clothes?

All of our clothes can be machine washed and dried. We recommend using gentle soap and to avoid bleach and fabric softener.

What happens if I have an urgent need outside of the ordering periods?

For emergencies, please send an email at commande@enfinsports.com, it will be a pleasure to help you. However, be aware that outside the ordering periods, we cannot guarantee we have all the options nor all the sizes in inventory. We will help you to the best of our ability.

Generally speaking, what do I need to order ?

It all depends on your budget, your dressing habits and your laundry frequency. Generally speaking, you will need a physical education kit (top + bottom) as well as some pieces of clothing from the school collection (top only).
